Ingredients:

  • 2 slices whole grain bread, toasted
  • 1 ripe avocado
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt, pepper, and red chili flakes to taste

Instructions:

  1. Mash the avocado with a fork and season with salt, pepper, and chili flakes.
  2. Spread the mashed avocado on toasted whole grain bread.
  3. Heat olive oil in a pan and fry the eggs to your liking.
  4. Place the eggs on top of the avocado toast.
  5. Serve immediately for a nutritious breakfast.
