Avocado and Egg Breakfast Toast

Ingredients:
- 2 slices whole grain bread, toasted
- 1 ripe avocado
- 2 eggs
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt, pepper, and red chili flakes to taste
Instructions:
- Mash the avocado with a fork and season with salt, pepper, and chili flakes.
- Spread the mashed avocado on toasted whole grain bread.
- Heat olive oil in a pan and fry the eggs to your liking.
- Place the eggs on top of the avocado toast.
- Serve immediately for a nutritious breakfast.
