Zucchini Noodles with Pesto Sauce

Ingredients:
- 2 medium zucchinis, spiralized into noodles
- 1 cup fresh basil leaves
- 1/4 cup pine nuts
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
- In a blender or food processor, combine basil, pine nuts, Parmesan, garlic, and olive oil. Blend until smooth to make pesto sauce.
- Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and sauté zucchini noodles for 2-3 minutes until slightly tender.
- Toss the zucchini noodles with the pesto sauce.
- Season with salt and pepper and serve immediately.
